Max series freeze-dryers are scalable
Millrock Technology offers the new Max Series freeze dryer line with a shelf area of up to 20 square feet, and allows easy scaling up to full production systems
Millrock Technology offers the new Max Series freeze dryer line with a shelf area of up to 20 square feet These robust freeze dryers offer more shelf space, larger refrigeration, larger condenser area, and a larger vacuum pump than competitive units
In addition, the Max Series offers full PC/PLC control standard for maximum control of the freeze drying process, including 10 freezing steps and 16 primary drying steps.
The same control system is used on the Millrock Pilot and Production systems.
Options include hydraulic stoppering, and an isolation valve.
PAT instrumentation is available with options such as a capacitance manometer and a moisture sensor.
The standard 30 litre external condenser is available in -53C or -85C versions.
The Millrock Research Series freeze dryers allow easy scaling to production systems.
