Following the success of the first edition of 'Project Management Toolkit' Dr Trish Melton announces the second edition, and the expansion of the toolkit into a series of four publications
The book (ISBN: 9780750684408) was launched at the recent IChemE Global Forum event held in London on May 16-17, and a series of interactive workshops are also scheduled, based around the structure of the book The first of these two day events will be held on July 3-4, and will focus primarily on introducing basic PM tools and then testing them within a project simulation exercise
