New MD and structure at Mipac
The MIPAC board has made some strategic appointments - promoting long serving manager Eddie De Rivera to be MD and formalising the global product and customer management sructure

"He has been with us from the Mipac beginning and has managed some of our most important projects".
Eddie joined Mipac in the late 1990s and prior to his current appointment he managed key Mipac projects in Australia and Asia Pacific.
Most recently, Eddie successfully managed a major paper mill upgrade project with Norske Skog in Albury, significantly contributing to Mipac growth and diversification.

Eddie will be responsible for expanding Mipac business and has identified the Mipac major, global customer base and the introduction of new process control technologies to the market as two of the Mipac key strategic focus areas.
During a significant growth phase, the Mipac board has decided to take a fresh approach to its corporate structure in order to offer the best possible experience to customers.
Mipac has introduced the global roles of Customer Operations Management and Product and Service Portfolio Management.
Tony Mathison is excited to take on the new role of Product Manager and will lead Mipacs strategic diversification into the development and sale of new process control technologies.
Tony will formalise the overall product management, research and development function.
Mipac is directly exposed to major processing operations around the world and we have seen first-hand the need for advanced, modern process control technologies to streamline and automate operations for our customers.
"The creation of our Product Management group means we will be able to diversify the Mipac portfolio and offer our customers the technology and service solutions they need to improve mineral processing and other major production operations" said Tony Mathison, Product Manager.
Mipac is also taking a pro-active approach to customer relations by appointing its most experienced project manager, Don Robinson, to the global role of Customer Operations Manager.
Don will work with Mipac customers and project managers to ensure that every project meets and exceeds expectations and is executed and delivered to the highest standards.
