The Primeroy K is a very compact hydraulically actuated diaphragm dosing pump, for flow rates up to 2500 l/h, designed around a new liquid end: the GSD (Global Security Device) diaphragm
The GSD diaphragm offers a triple hydraulic security ensured by an internal pressure safety valve, a hydraulic refill controlled by the diaphragm and a protection valve blocking overrunning and extrusion of the diaphragm.
The IMI system (Installation Monitoring Indicator) allows the visualisation of any variation in the dosing process.
The advantages of the Primeroy K are as follows:.
* Counter plate free technology.
* Continuous oil filtration.
* Down to -8m of water suction lift.
* Pre-shaped diaphragm (life currently exciding 20,000 hours).
* One oil only for liquid end and mechanic.
* Diaphragm equipped with a mechanical safety system.
The Primeroy has been designed to address all industrial applications including metering of corrosive, abrasive and viscous fluids and slurries.
The pump is designed in accordance with API 675 and ATEX CE EX II 2G/D c T4.
The Primeroy offers multiplexing and flow rate automation capabilities and can be equipped with various options: double or triple diaphragm, diaphragm failure detection, food grade design, cooling/heating jacket, remote valves, sand-proofing.
Note: The IMI system, a Milton Roy Europe innovation, allows a check on the good progress of the hydraulic operation, to detect any possible overpressure of the system or the presence of bad conditions of discharge (eg from absence of damping) and to be sure of the diaphragm integrity.
