New generation of electronic dosing
pumps

Milton Roy Europe has launched the Roytronic, a new generation of diaphragm operated electronic dosing pump, with full electronic control, and many variations of motor and liquid ends

The Roytronic offers a variable stroke speed of 1 to 240 strokes per minute, combined with an adjustable 20 to 100% stroke length range as standard The stroke micrometric adjustment can be made while the pump is running or stopped

This results in better accuracy for chemical dosing systems, coupled with more power: the hydraulically actuated diaphragm allows flow to be provided from 1 to 12.1 l/h, at a pressure of up to 17.3 bar.

The liquid ends use a PTFE diaphragm and 316 stainless steel or plastic housings, and provide an improved pumping efficiency, using a double ball check valve.

The option of an AutoPrime head is also available.

The unit is offered with NEMA motors conforming to European standards, plus an IP65 enclosure, on/off push button capability, LED display showing when the pump is stroking, low level float switch capability and a lockable clear cover.

The whole package provides safety and ergonomics in one unit.

ATEX approved motors are available for hazardous area use, with options of industrial watertight IP68 electrical connections, a pulse or 4-20mA input control capability, plus a remote on/off control. Request a free brochure from Milton Roy Europe ...
