An alternative to conventional 47 mm discs that require cleaning and assembly, OptiScale capsules shorten experiment times and improve reliability.

OptiScale capsules make it easy to evaluate such proven filters as Durapore, Polysep II and Milligard filters.

The capsule design is leak-proof and eliminates the complexities of assembling a membrane disk in a holder and cleaning the stainless steel holder after use.

Flat filter placement within the device provides low hold-up volume so more experiments can be run with limited sample volumes.

OptiScale capsules are available in a wide array of proven media types, pore sizes and connections to meet scale-up or scale-down requirements regardless of particle size, particle load or viscosity.

Available in three-packs, OptiScale capsules are manufactured in an ISO 9000 registered facility and can be shipped overnight to your facility.
