Peel and stick labels on filtration
products

Millipore introduces the industry's first peel and stick labels on the Durapore cartridge filters, an innovation to ensure process efficiency and simplify the documentation process, eliminating errors

Millipore BioPharmaceutical division has developed the industry's first peel and stick labels on its filtration products to ensure process efficiency and simplify the documentation process The new labels are being launched as part of a series of quality and security enhancements developed by Millipore to help customers eliminate documentation errors, enhance security and sterility assurance, and improve productivity

With traditional labels, customers must manually transcribe each catalogue and lot number for documentation and tracking.

This task can result in incorrect transcription or interpretation errors due to illegible writing.

The peel-off labels provide a quick and efficient alternative.

"In production capacity, gloves are worn, tables and flat surfaces are at a minimum, and sometimes fluids can drop on paper.

Recording information legibly is often a challenge," said Phil Casselli, General Manager at Microbix Biosystems; "Millipore's new labels are an excellent enhancement to improve our batch production records".

As a leader in quality, Millipore has successfully identified and developed a tool that gives its customers improved documentation procedures.

The peel and stick labels are just one new enhancement in response to customers needs, illustrating the Millipore continuous commitment to innovation.

Currently on the Durapore cartridge filters, the new labels will be available on other Millipore products in the near future. Request a free brochure from Millipore ...
