Millipore's new generation RiOs total water purification systems are central water purification systems, designed to deliver purified water to a single laboratory, a suite of laboratories or an entire laboratory building Producing up to 8000 l/day, the new Millipore total pure water systems provide complete control over pure water production, distribution loop components, water storage and monitoring functions

New RiOs systems employ reverse osmosis (RO), removing 95% of all major contaminants, to produce laboratory grade (Type III) water, ideal for applications such as glassware rinsing and feedwater to Milli-Q ultrapure water systems.

The advanced reverse osmosis loop in RiOs systems recycles part of the reject water, saving water consumption by up to 50%.

Automatic cleaning cycles for the RO membrane ensure that water quality is maintained.

Additionally, RiOs systems incorporate advanced purification and monitoring technologies for guaranteed water quality.
