Aseptic pipe connection for instrumentation

Celebrating 10 years of the unique NA-Connect Aseptic Tank Connector, a new NA-Connect in-line version for aseptic connection of instrumentation and accessories within process pipework is launched

To celebrate the 10 years of the unique NA-Connect Aseptic Tank Connector, NovAseptic has launched the new NA-Connect in-line version for aseptic connection of instrumentation and accessories within the process pipework.

The original NA-Connect is a totally sanitary tank connector that has become the pharmaceutical industry standard method of connecting Tri-clamp mounted instrumentation and accessories on production vessels.

The dead-leg free, weld-in connector is PED certified and eliminates product hold-up and hard to clean areas which are usually associated with the normal Tri-clamp ferrule.

The NA-Connect is capable of accepting tri-clamps from 3/8" to 4" and ensures that all product contact surfaces can be reached by the Clean In Place fluid when discharged via a standard spray ball.

For years the process industries have demanded a sanitary method of connecting instrumentation and accessories into process pipelines.

Standard tees have been the traditional method of connection.

It has been an acceptable consequence that there will be product hold-up and hard to clean areas present.

That is until now!! The new NovAseptic NA-Connect in-line, can be installed within the process pipeline (weld-in or TC Connectable) and houses a deadleg-free Tri-clamp connection to ensure that instrumentation and accessories are in direct contact with the process media.

This totally unique product will eliminate product hold-up, minimise cleaning and sterilisation times and ensure that feedback from instrumentation or sampling systems is completely representative of the process liquid.
