The NovAseptic Dead-Leg Free Diverter Valve is preferred by Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies for minimum product hold-up, fast heat-up and minimum downtime within aseptic processing systems

The NovAseptic Dead-Leg Free Divert Valve is becoming the preferred choice for Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies who require minimum product hold-up, fast heat-up time and minimum downtime within their aseptic processing systems.

Machined from one piece of material (stainless steel or Hastelloy), the sanitary diverter valve can be fitted with additional ports for dead-leg free centralised distribution and control of aseptic fluids.

The footprint is approximately half that of the industry standard cast or forged block valves, making it a favourite with process equipment skid manufacturers where maintenance space is limited.

Due to the state of the art production techniques utilised for the valve body, the overall weight is a fraction of that of the block valve, dramatically reducing the heat-up time and ensuring unrivalled temperature distribution accuracy.

Valve diaphragms are available in EPDM, silicone and PTFE and again are manufactured as a single piece construction.

Expected diaphragm life is in excess of 2 years.
