MD+C at Drives and Controls 2008
This year MD+C will be exhibiting products from across its complete motion control, power transmission and clutch/brake range, highlighting its one call - one supplier - one solution philosophy
New to UK and on show for the first time is the US manufacturer Quicksilver range of intelligent servo drives that combine the cost benefits of microstep motors with the dynamic performance of closed loop control The advanced Quicksilver PVIAT servo loop allows a 100:1 inertia mismatch for oversized load capability and combines 17, 23 and 34 NEMA frame microstep motors fitted with high resolution encoders matched to servo drives with integrated motion controls

Last but not least and available exclusively from Warwick based Motion Drives and Controls, a wide selection of clutches, brakes and tension controls from US manufacturer Magpowrr will be shown.
This innovative range uses magnetic particle technology to provide excellent characteristics for precise web tension control especially where the material is delicate.
