MonoSol, the world leader in developing and commercialising specialty water-soluble polymer-based films, has signed a Vendor Business Agreement with VSE Corporation, a prime contractor under the US Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Rapid Response (R2) Program.me With this Vendor Business Agreement in place, MonoSol can now quickly supply its innovative products to US government managers with a streamlined acquisition process.

The agreement enhances the ability to offer the MonoSol unique water-soluble products such as unit dose packaging films, laundry bags and dust palliative solutions.

Packaging detergents and other chemicals in unit-doses of water-soluble films in which the package completely dissolves, reduces the environmental impact of packaging and improves safe handling.

Water soluble laundry bags help control infection by limiting human contact with soiled linens that are potentially contaminated with disease.

Dust palliative products improve the safety of personnel at airfields and helipads and other locations by reducing brown-out conditions.
