Metalux unveils their Technical Training Series for 2008, which will see new lubrication and oil analysis classes, and the highly successful Lubrication Specialist Intensive Training (with CLS exam)
In addition to the firmly popular CLS class, we are launching new basic and intermediate classes in lubrication and oil analysis These are structured after the body of knowledge for ICML Level 1 MLT and STLE Level 1 OMA certification

Synopsis: Machinery Lubrication Level 1 is a three day intensive programme structured after the Noria Corporation immensely popular Machinery Lubrication Level 1 training.
This is an introductory course that equips frontline maintenance personnel with a firm foundation in the principles of practical machinery lubrication for world class reliability.
This class also lays an excellent foundation in lubrication fundamentals for future CLS (Certified Lubrication Specialist) aspirants.
Industry expert and veteran CLS trainer Ray Thibault leads this session and prepares participants for the ICML (International Council for Machinery Lubrication) certification exam to become a MLT Level 1 (Level 1 Machine Lubrication Technician).
Participants receive a free book 'Lubrication for Industry' by Kenneth Bannister.

Synopsis: Machine Oil Analysis Level 1 is a two day intensive programme that is designed for engineers and managers involved in plant and equipment maintenance and reliability to understand Oil Analysis and keep abreast with world-best practices in condition-based predictive maintenance and lubrication excellence to minimize maintenance cost and maximize uptime to positively contribute to their company's operating bottomline.
This class also lays an excellent foundation in basic used oil analysis for future CLS (Certified Lubrication Specialist) aspirants.

Synopsis: In 2005, Metalux partnered Ray Thibault to launch the inaugural CLS class as a 3-day course in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
In 2006, the following year, the class was expanded to a 4-day session and brought to Singapore where it enjoyed an excellent regional participation.
In 2007, the CLS class enjoyed an astounding 70% pass rate and generated the most recently batch of CLS qualified lubrication professionals in ASEAN.
