Mogensen, on Stand N 11 at the Hillhead Exhibition 2005, will be displaying their largest-ever heavy-duty vibratory feeder and the largest current model of Mogensen Sizer: both machines will be operational The feeder, a new addition to the Mogensen range, is a Type TS3 1550/3650 - 125/6 measuring 3650mm long x 1550mm wide and powered by two Invicta BLz 60 - 125/6 rotary electric vibrators each rated at 10,000 watts

Lafarge Aggregates Limited has purchased the heavy-duty vibratory feeder, seen by many visitors to the Mogensen stand at Hillhead 2005: it will be installed at Mountsorrel by the year end
The machine is lined with special chrome-carbide, wear-resistant sections and is designed to handle 2,500tph of 0 - 300mm abrasive stone.
It has already been ordered by a long-established Mogensen customer for installation later this year.
The Mogensen Sizer is a fully-enclosed, 5-deck, 3 metre-wide machine, also powered by Invicta vibrators.
Each deck is formed of two standard 1.5m mesh panels installed side-by-side against a central divider wall.
The mesh panels are the same as those used in 1.5 metre Sizers; a considerable selection of spare parts is, therefore, interchangeable between the two models.
