The entire area is constructed from standard elements that can be assembled on site in just a few hours.
We can offer the Modular Clean Rooms on a supply only basis or as a fully installed product.
Following construction, we add a wall mounted positive pressure room air cleaner to create a HEPA filtered air positive pressure system creating a Class C (Class 100) environment.
Depending on requirements, this can easily provide over 100 air changes per hour.
All components are manufactured from long lasting and easily cleaned materials to ensure years of uninterrupted service.
The construction is lightweight and can easily be dismantled and relocated if required.
Module size can vary; we have standard modules available from 2m x 1m in size up to much larger 4m x 4m.
Larger sizes than this can be catered for, just ask for details.
Installed prices start at just GBP4250+VAT.
If required, the system can also be set up as a containment area.
This means that the modules can create a negative pressure and keep particulate or fumes contained.
