Moore Industries new SB stainless steel enclosure offers superior protection for field-mounted hockey-puck units in corrosive and sanitary environments

Meeting NEMA 4X and IP66 ratings, the stainless steel 316 design of the SB enclosure is the ideal solution for highly corrosive environments, like off-shore platforms, and for sanitary applications, such as food and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

The versatile design of the SB makes it perfect for use with hockey-puck units from any manufacturer.

This includes the complete line of Moore Industries signal interface instruments, such as their smart HART and PC-programmable temperature transmitters, signal transmitters, isolators, converters and limit alarm trips.

The SB meets standards for enclosing indoor and outdoor electronic instruments approved for use in explosion-proof, dust-ignition proof, and intrinsically safe locations.

FM, CSA and ATEX agency certifications are in submittal.

The SB installs conveniently on any surface or pipe.

It is available with either a glass cover for viewing instrument displays and indicators, or a solid cover.

Both metric and NPT versions are available.
