Moore Industries 555 Universal chlorination and de-chlorination controller sets up easily to handle flow proportional control, residual control, compound loop control with lag times, and de-chlorination with sulphur dioxide.

Designed with the needs of the water and wastewater industry in mind, the 555 offers a cost-effective solution for chlorination and de-chlorination processes.

The front panel of the 1/4 DIN unit is NEMA 4X rated for protection from water and corrosion.

All menu prompts are provided in plain English and set with large, back-lit keys.

The 555 has a large, alphanumeric display, readable in all light conditions.

When performing compound loop flow pacing control, the unit clearly displays flow rate and residual chlorine simultaneously.

The 555 features isolated 4-20mA or 0-20mA outputs for control or retransmission to an analogue control system.

Alarm trip outputs are available for flow rate, chlorine residual, dosage setting, residual set point, rate-of-change, deviation, high/low vacuum and other conditions.

Available 555 models provide RS-485 communications for interfacing with digital DCS, PLC and PC-based SCADA systems.
