Omron announces changes in routes to
market
Following an extensive review by Omron of how it supplies products and gives service to customers, they have announced radical changes to their distribution and specialist supplier network
There will now be four main groups: Distribution centres, Technical centres, Engineering partners and Specialist partners, and to qualify for a place required the benchmarking of abilities and facilities needed, to meet the tough standards specified by Omron Over many months Omron consulted all their partners and from the analysis of their operations developed a brand new partner policy that focuses on customer needs
We are delighted to announce Micromech was successful and has been duly appointed an Omron Specialist Partner Motion.
Darren Mackay of Micromech said: "This will be a great opportunity for us to increase market penetration and for Omron to provide a complete service to manufacturing across a wide range of technologies and products".
