Mott porous metal spargers diffuse process gases into liquids more efficiently for lower costs, so are more effective than traditional media in beverage and food processing

Porous metal spargers from Mott Corp are more efficient and durable than traditional media in applications requiring the mixing of gases into liquids, slurries, or semi-solid emulsions Mott spargers diffuse process gases through thousands of microscopic holes, creating bubbles far smaller and more numerous than with drilled pipe or other sparging methods

The result is a greater gas-contacting surface area, significantly reducing the time and volume required to dissolve gases into the targeted media.

Because they have no moving parts to wear out or fail, Mott spargers are more cost effective and extremely durable.

The simple Mott design makes the spargers easy to install into existing pipelines or vessels, requiring no special tools.

Applications include: aeration, carbonation, hydrogenation, fermentation, steam injection, oxygen stripping, pH control, and bulking operations.
