Weighing in heavy washdown environments
The new Trimweigh III from Mettler Toledo offers high levels of speed, accuracy, durability and ease of use, and sets a new standard for high performance weighing in heavy wash-down environments
The Trimweigh III scale is a reliable, flexible check-weigh scale designed for simple weighing, over/under weighing, portion control and weighing in wash-down environments including those in which the scale must be subjected to high pressure spray and/or humidity: it is protected to IP69K The scale incorporates a hermetically sealed load cell for optimum performance in harsh wash-down environments
The load cell also offers protection against cleaning agents and corrosives frequently found in food preparation and industrial environments.
The open base understructure allows for easy cleaning and full drainage and the solid base plate prevents potential splash back of debris and wash-down spray.
