New turbidity systems extend to very low
levels

Using forward and side scattering techniques, new turbidity systems broaden the measuring capabilities to process applications in the biotech/pharmaceutical, chemical and food/beverage industries

Using forward scattering and side scattering techniques, the new InPro8400 and InPro8500 sensors broaden the measuring capabilities to a wider range of process applications in the biotech/pharmaceutical, chemical and food/beverage industries Unlike the insertion probe design of the back scatter system, the new sensors are presented as flow-cells for pipeline mounting with a wide choice of flange types for plant compatibility

The design allows full CIP capability and steam sterilisation up to 140C.

Sapphire optics provide excellent resistance in aggressive chemical environments or in the presence of abrasive compounds.

The sensors can also be used in Ex areas.

The sensors also connect to a new transmitter, TRB 8300 F/S, which provides single and multi-point calibration, sensor diagnostics for predictive maintenance and an RS232C interface for programming with sensor factory calibration, data transfer of configurations and software updating.
