The Mettler Toledo InTrac retractable housings and InFit stationary housings are the first to be fully compliant with ATEX guideline 94/9/EC and suitable for installation in hazardous areas Zone 0 and 1.

Additionally they comply with PED 97/23/EC Category 111 and offer an overall enhanced reliability and operational safety for all work areas.

For retractable housings Tri-lock provides several safety elements consisting of sensor detector, safety immersion tube and positive position locks - all aimed at avoiding unintentional release of process fluids.

Manually or pneumatically operated, and fabricated in a variety of chemically resistant metals or polymers, the enhanced InTrac housings are available as standalone units associated with the automated cleaning and clean/calibration EasyClean systems.
