This service has been provided via a class 10 cleanroom laundry facility based in Skegness, Lincolnshire.
In response to a strong industry demand for processing low linting 'secondary area cleanroom garments' and 'cleanroom undergarments', Micronclean have developed and built a brand new state-of-the-art facility in the nearby Lincolnshire town of Louth.
This latest new factory opened in May 2003 on Louth's Fairfield Industrial Estate at a cost of GBP7.5 million and is already providing a national service to industry.

Control the bio burden on processed garments to extremely low levels utilising thermal disinfection and a controlled highly automated production environment.
Ensure via individual automated garment bagging) a safe and consistent garment is supplied every time.
Provide full traceability using Micronclean's Pro-track software system.
This work is carried out to exacting standards, with every stage of the process continually monitored and checked.
This necessitates strict disciplines within the auspices of the ISO 14001 standard for environmental management and BS EN ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard.
The company operates with HACCP systems to guarantee quality control through all production stages plus a 'Pro Track' traceability system.
Continuous in-house microbiological monitoring, and finally there is a 100% garment inspection for foreign bodies and visual appearance before any clothing is released to the customer.
The company offers additional services that include lockers and dispensing systems, garment distribution and on-site service.
Customer audits and visits are positively encouraged and staff are trained within an investor in people environment to NVQ standards.
