Hose assemblies custom made to order

Tubing and hose manufacturer NewAge Industries announces the immediate availability of Hose Assemblies made to order.
The company stocks a vast inventory of parts ready for fast assembly.
Popular plastic and rubber materials such PVC, polyurethane, and silicone are available, as well as specialty items like Viton and stainless steel overbraided PTFE.
"By offering custom-made assemblies, the customer is able to get the exact product required for each application," says Michael Tangreti, Director of Marketing: "There's no need to settle for something that's almost the right size or length or not quite the material that's needed".
Tangreti adds "As more companies streamline processes and make do with less, the ability to source pre-assembled parts actually becomes a cost saving".
Hose assemblies can be as simple as braided PVC hose with a barb-style fitting and hose clamp, or a product for more demanding applications, such as fabric-and-wire-reinforced silicone suction hose with a sanitary fitting, secured by a crimp-applied collar.
In either case, the assemblies arrive at their destination ready to install, saving the customer labour and time.
NewAge Industries stocks millions of feet of tubing and hose, along with thousands of fittings, so the products needed for an assembly are often available right off the shelf.
This makes for fast turn-arounds, as trained technicians produce all hose assemblies in-house.
