OptiLogic offers a low cost, high performance option for both computer and PLC I/O systems.
The OL4228 supports the complete range of OptiLogic I/O Modules, including digital inputs and outputs, high speed counter modules, RS232 input modules etc This compact design of OptiLogic gives rise to its suitability for a wide range of applications.
A small footprint ensures maximum use of available space whilst 10/100 BaseT Ethernet meets the need of a widely distributed or small I/O Cluster network design.
Input/Output cards typically support 8 points per module and 32 points are planned for the near future.
All modules are equipped with removable terminal strips for ease of maintenance.
Along with its UDP/IP stable mates, the OL4228 also supports the OptiLogic Operator Panel Range to provide a simple operator interface at the I/O site.
The OptiLogic panels offer push-button, pilot light and data entry and display functions.
The DIN Rail mouldings on the back of each device provide a novel means to mount the RTU to the rear of the operator panel, saving panel space and complexity.
So whether you need I/O for small machines or large building automation systems, OptiLogic provides a reliable scaleable networking solution supporting a few nodes to several thousand nodes.
