The Microgral is a new, top-driven, lab-scale, high-shear, mixer-granulator from Collette NV, a member of Niro Pharma Systems
The Microgral is designed specifically for the development of formulations for granulating and pelletisation and is ideal for use in commercial laboratories and educational establishments wherever formulation assurance and process consistency are essential The equipment is available in two bowl sizes (1,000ml and 4,000ml) to provide a batch capacity of 100g-700g
A double jacket and heating system option enables melt granulation and pelletisation if required.
To ensure excellent process control the Microgral is equipped with product temperature and torque measurement; data logging and batch reporting are also available within the system.
