NJM/CLI introduces the new Model 120 MiniColt Labeler, designed to offer reliable wrap-around labeling at an affordable price Featuring a compact footprint and user-friendly controls, the MiniColt Labeler is easy to install and easy to operate

Handling up to 120 containers per minute, the new MiniColt is ideal for packagers that need a simple wrap-around labeler.

The MiniColt Labeler handles round containers from 1 inch to 8 inches in height (25.4 to 203 mm) with diameters from 1/2 inch to 4 inches (12.7 to 101.6 mm).

The labeler accepts a 14-inch diameter label spool.

With its heavy-duty stainless steel construction, open frame design, high quality components and raised bed sanitary conveyor, the MiniColt Labeler offers superior durability while meeting GMP standards.

NJM/CLI's brushless disc dynamic brake web drive technology reduces maintenance and downtime to help maximize production efficiency.

The compact MiniColt requires only six feet on the production line and 45 inches in depth.

Designed for ease of operation, NJM/CLI's MiniColt can be changed over in less than five minutes.

The user-friendly control panel and all mechanical adjustments are accessible from one side of the labeler to ease set-up and changeover.

The MiniColt features a variable speed spacing wheel that contributes to reliably repeatable labeling performance.

A drum wrap-around holds bottles by the shoulder during the label application stage, improving the accuracy of the label placement compared to traditional belt systems.

The MiniColt can easily be equipped, in the factory or in the field, with a hot stamp coder to add lot codes and expiration dates.
