The NJM/CLI heavy-duty stainless steel CL 200 Cottoner features a patented guillotine tearing device and pinching blade cotton transport system.
Compared to traditional scissor-type cutting devices that require sharpening and complex double-roller cotton transport systems, the CL 200 reduces maintenance and achieves a more smooth and quiet operation.
The CL 200 can insert one, two, three or more shots of cotton, polyester or rayon up to eight inches in length each.
The Cottoner handles containers from 2.5 to 8 inches in height and from 1 to 4.5 inches in diameter.
With its PLC control and colour touch-screen control panel, up to 24 product recipes can be set-up and stored, allowing the CL 200 to automatically adjust needed machine settings during changeovers.
Operators can easily accomplish a container size change over in only ten minutes with no tools required.
