NJM/CLI introduces the RFID Integrated Auto-Colt III System, which applies and verifies RFID tags on bottles and other item level containers using a primary labeler The new RFID Integrated Auto-Colt III System allows pharmaceutical and other manufacturers to more effectively combat counterfeiting and improve track-and-trace throughout the supply chain, thus achieving a higher level of security and control

To meet the line speeds most customers demand on item level tagging, NJM/CLI integrates an RFID antenna and a track-and-eject-verification system with its field-proven Auto-Colt III pressure sensitive labeler to apply and verify pre-encoded RFID tags.

After applying the label, the system reads and verifies every tag and automatically rejects bottles with nonconforming tags from the production line.

The servo-driven Auto-Colt III handles round, oval, square and rectangular containers from 1 to 14 inches in height and from 5/8 to 7 inches in diameter at speeds up to 250 cpm, depending on tag type and reader components.

It can apply wrap around labels as well as single and multi-panel labels.

The labeler can be changed over in less than 15 minutes with no tools required.

NJM/CLI designs, manufactures and supplies a complete range of packaging equipment, offering customers single source responsibility, turnkey line integration services and full validation support.

This "total solution" benefits customers packaging pharmaceutical, cosmetic/personal care, food, beverage, household chemical and other products.

By self-manufacturing a vast array of packaging machines and supplying quality equipment from other leading manufacturers, NJM/CLI provides integrated lines that include liquid fillers, tablet counters, cappers, labelers, blister packers, cartoners, print and apply labelers, RFID tagging solutions, shrink wrappers and a range of other equipment.
