Norward was the first company in the UK to invest in the Model 307 automatic orbital tube welding machines, made in the USA by Arc Machines.
These are claimed to the most advanced machines of their type currently available, and provide a level of weld integrity that is essential for high quality installations.
Both auto weld and tack weld programmes are offered by the machine, with multiple weld schedules also available.
Auto rotation calibration is provided, with programming by the time and/or position (degrees).
Weld data recording information can also be incorporated into customised reports for full QA support documentation.
