AOD is a quick and easy way for customers to access price, availability and order status information by email 24 hours a day.
Within a short time AOD will return price, stock availability and lead-time or order status including line-by-line details directly to the customer's inbox.
Firstly customers need to register their email address as a user on the Norgren webstore.
Once registered, customers can send an email using AOD in the subject line and the part number and the quantity in the email message.
The part number and quantity must be separated by either a space or comma.
Up to 20 part numbers can be entered in one email.
The AOD automated system will then return an email showing the information required.
To track orders, a similar system is used.
Simply type status in the subject line and the SON or PO number in the email message.
Again the automated AOD will return the information you need.
