Noria UK Ltd, the independent oil analysis and lubrication training and consultancy firm, is launching a series of one day workshops focusing on "Best Practices in Lubrication".

Performed on-site or at selected venues throughout the UK, the workshops will outline the benefits of raising the standards through best practice for better return on investment.

Following the Noria structured approach to consulting, the workshops provide an ideal opportunity for engineering, operations and senior management to understand how lubrication can be managed as part of a maintenance programme.

Presented by Martin Williamson, Noria UK, the interactive workshops lubrication and include information on how current performance can be benchmarked and what measures should be taken to make significant improvements.

Incorporating case studies, the day provides attendees with a comprehensive understanding of the importance of investing in a lubrication programme.

Educational needs for operational teams are also addressed, such as employee incentive schemes aimed at rewarding success.

"The three key factors to a successful maintenance and reliability programme are alignment, balancing and lubrication, but many programmes fail to realise the importance of lubrication" comments Martin Williamson.

"This workshop will deliver a series of proposals combining all three parameters giving companies the chance to take responsibility on site for training and successful management".

The one day workshop is an addition to the popular Noria training programme and Opportunities Audit.
