The Panamatic range of commercial washing machines from Oliver Douglas are ideal for smaller companies, as well as being used for special wash operations within larger organisations

They are designed for general pot, pan, tray and utensil washing in food processing plants including in-store bakeries, as well as food preparation areas for hotels, schools, universities, airlines and catering companies They have also been successfully used in industrial/engineering applications for parts cleaning, typically in engine rebuilds

These are British built products, manufactured from stainless steel, which can be easily integrated into existing washroom layouts.

They provide a level of wash/rinse/sanitise operations to meet the highest levels of hygiene required in today's market, while offering savings in labour, time, energy and expenditure.

As well as being designed for economical running, ease of operation and cleaning with minimum maintenance is also guaranteed.

Three models are available in the Panamatic range, all offering a throughput of up to15 washing cycles/hr, with optional two door versions also available for double-sided through operation.

The smallest unit in the range, series 500, has in excess of 10 cubic ft of wash area, while the largest unit, series 800, has a cavernous 34 cubic ft available to handle large loads.

All models can be supplied with electric immersion water heating, with optional steam coil heating for the larger 700 and 800 series.

Large capacity pumps provide a high force jetting action to remove even the most stubborn residues, while adjustable auto-reset timers ensure the level of wash and rinse operations appropriate to individual loads and conditions.

A final hot fresh-water rinse is also provided which is becoming the standard for food processing regulations, with this rinse water being used to replenish the re-circulating detergent wash tank.

This not only helps float off surface soil and grease to waste, but transfer of the residual heat to the wash water reservoir reduces subsequent heating requirements.

The Panamatic range forms part of a much larger selection of washing products available from the company, who can also supply specially formulated detergents and associated products for industry.
