To ensure a comprehensive service, and reassure customers using Haden systems, a number of former Haden staff have joined Operational, including Business and Development Manager Kevin Hood.
Mr Hood comments: "The recent demise of Haden may have left many of its customers concerned and exposed for parts or support for their environmental equipment.
However, Operational is already experienced in the maintenance of thermal and catalytic oxidisers and LEL control systems and has an established team of service and process engineers who have worked with Haden products for years.
Those of us who have joined Operational will be working to ensure that Haden systems continue to perform to optimal capability, using our extensive knowledge of the design, installation and maintenance of a wide variety of VOC abatement systems, in particular regenerative and recuperative thermal oxidisers".
The combination of expertise and equipment allows Operational to provide the most comprehensive service in terms of design, installation and maintenance of the complete abatement system from process controls through to the collection system and abatement plant.
The group also has extensive knowledge of safety standards relating to the design and use of thermal oxidisers and vent collection systems for use with potentially flammable mixtures, including HSE guidance notes and ATEX Regulations - "this will ensure that systems are maintained to the highest standard and if necessary brought into compliance with the latest statutory requirements," explains Mr Hood.
Any customers reviewing their service and maintenance requirements for Haden equipment, or any other thermal oxidiser or VOC abatement systems provided by any other supplier, or researching into more efficient ways to operate their process and decrease emissions in line with environmental requirements, should contact Kevin Hood.
