The Orbitwin allows the connection of two Orbital Welding heads to one Orbital Welding Power Source, to achieve high rate production tube welding.

When high rate production tube welding is required the Orbitwin unit is the ideal solution The Orbitwin allows the connection of two Orbital Welding heads to one Orbital Welding Power Source

The unit allows the connection of two completely different types of weld head, which means two different tube sizes can be welded without having to change weld head cables.

In production applications two different components can be welded simultaneously to help increase manufacture through-put.

The unit switches power, water and controls to the head chosen, and the weld cycle begins.

The unit also automatically detects which head is being activated and selects the correct procedure for the head in use.

While one head is in use the other is completely isolated from the main welding supply so can be handled without any risk to the operator.
