Liverpool Fabrications were also displaying at the exhibition and their MD, Rod Steel, visited the Bradshaw Stand and viewed the range of Orbimatic Orbital TIG Welding Systems.
Mr Steel was very taken by the equipment displayed on the stand and placed an order for a 3 inch enclosed weld head system to carry out work on a large contract he has recently secured with one of the leading UK bakeries.
Mr Steel said 'This system will save us a lot of time on money on site, it will help speed up our installation process as well as raising the quality of the welded joints on the contract".
Liverpool fabrications are 'North West Employer of the Year 2003' and Mr Steel sees investment in new technology as the way forward.
Stephen Corr of Bradshaw Industrial and Welding Services said "I was delighted with the order and several other serious leads were gained as a result of the exhibition".
The exhibition saw 1100 visitors on the first day and visitors saw a wide range of manufacturing solutions: all seemed pleased and considered the visit as well worthwhile.
