The RPG 1.5 is an ergonomically designed tube end facing machine which can be used to produce a perfectly square and burr free finish on tubes from 3mm to 38.1mm outside diameters
The RPG 1.5 is an ergonomically designed tube end facing machine which can be used to produce a perfectly square and burr free finish on tubes from 3mm to 38.1mm outside diameters The RPG 1.5 uses collet sets to clamp the tube on the outside diameter and a lathe type cutter is then rotated and introduced to the tube end on a micrometer feed system to machine it square
The micrometer feed system allows a precise amount of material to be removed from the tube for sizing purposes.
The RPG 1.5 is supplied with a bench mount stand, which makes the machine easy to operate.
The whole package is supplied in a robust carry case, which makes it easy to transport and keeps all parts together.
