Orbimatic are offering a completely free Parameter Calculator which will allow users of ANY orbital welding system to obtain good base figures for entry into their orbital welding system to obtain good results with minimal effort The Orbital Welding Parameter Calculator uses Microsoft Excel as a base and will give parameters for tube welding with wall thicknesses up to 4mm and needs only the tube outside diameter and wall thickness to be entered
The operator can choose between the use of a synchronised or continuous pulsing pattern and the calculator provides recommended figures to both.
