Three cleaning settings ensure that the machine can be set for optimum cleaning efficiency for the application in hand.
A polishing setting is also provided to allow small areas to be electro-polished.
A standard cleaning probe and consumable starter kit is supplied with the Clinox.ECO, this package can then be complimented with a marking kit which then allows the machine to be used to mark as well as clean.
Marking screens can be supplied to suit customer requirements and even complicated logos and images can be reproduced in a variety of sizes.
If the system is to be used for identification markings, an optional label printer can be supplied which allows unique marking screens to be produced within seconds.
Two marking modes allow different marking styles to be achieved, the DC marking mode produces an image that gives the impression of an etched image.
The AC marking mode produces an image which looks similar to a screen printed finish.
Both marking methods produce a permanent mark which will not be removed during routine cleaning or sterilising operations.
The whole kit is supplied in an ABS transport case for easy handling, storage and transportation.
