Orchard Electronics has launched a range of low cost miniature digital PID auto-tune controllers onto the UK market, with ramp control and auto-tune features, plus an RS 485 serial interface

The E33 - H2 series is housed in a standard 75mm x 33mm casing and will accept input signals from thermocouples, RTD, PTC and NTC thermistors plus analogue 0/4 - 20mA or 0/2 - 10V signals A choice of single or two dependent/independent outputs are available, which can be 8 amp change-over relay contacts or solid state relay signal voltage

You choose the combination you require.

The full PID auto-tune capabilities of the E33-H2 series along with its ramp control feature make it one of the most versatile, low cost controllers available on the UK market today.

These features and others, including RS485 serial interface, valve control and multiple set points are incorporated into 1/16th and 1/8th DIN size controllers now available in the range.
