Wonderware adds Equipment Performance Module 2.0 software to Archestra, to track, analyse and improve equipment, line or plant downtime and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
The Wonderware EPM 2.0 software module is built on the recently acquired Factelligence technology, acquired with the Invensys Cimnet acquisition Wonderware first introduced DT Analyst software to deliver equipment performance solutions and has continued to expand the architectural and functional capabilities, first with the EPM 1.0 in 2006 and now with this new EPM version 2.0

EPM 2.0 also provides expanded capabilities for localisation and internationalisation, bringing equipment performance software solutions to more customers and enabling them to more easily deploy consistent best practices for global manufacturing strategies.

Current Wonderware Factelligence, DT Analyst and EPM 1.0 customers will continue to be supported on their current software releases and will be able to expand their solutions with future versions of both Factelligence and the Equipment Performance Module.
EPM 2.0 is an integral part of the Wonderware scalable and integrated approach to production and performance management that enables incremental system expansion and the consistent roll-out of corporate standards and best practices for increased business performance.
