Pacscom appoints ClipperTech as Scottish
partner
Pacscom, the Southampton-based specialist in wireless communications and data transfer solutions, is strengthening its representation in Scotland, appointing ClipperTech as distributor
In a move designed to support existing customers and further its market exposure the company has appointed ClipperTech of Oakley in Fife as its official distributor The two companies have enjoyed a close working relationship in the past, with ClipperTech having supplied Pacscom products to several of its own clients

Commenting on the new distributor agreement, ClipperTech Managing Director Nick Marshall said: "The remoteness of commercial and public sites throughout Scotland provides a good level of potential for radio communications.
We have the ability to provide radio surveys and path predictions on proposed radio links with our own engineering team.
Pacscom equipment purchased in the past has proved a very good experience, for we believe the Company has the most flexible approach to radio telemetry".
Having a permanent presence on the ground, with well qualified and experienced personnel will enable Pacscom to increase its market presence in Scotland and give the levels of technical support that are essential within the wireless solutions industry.
ClipperTech and Pacscom will be able to provide full system integration with a composite package option of supply, installation and commissioning for radio systems and associated instrumentation.
In particular, the ultra low power design of the Pacscom equipment ensures optimal solutions for sites that do not have local power.
