Rotoclave thermal waste treatment

Process engineers Enpure are supplying Rotoclave steam autoclave units for the new Graphite Resources Eco-parc waste facility on the banks of the river Tyne in Gateshead, North East England
This facility will be the world's largest steam autoclave recycling plant and one of the first in the UK This waste processing facility, with excellent transport links situated just off the main A1 at Derwenthaugh, is being constructed by main contractor Clugston Construction and will be coming on stream in December 2009, treating up to 320,000 tons/annum of municipal waste

In addition to the Rotoclave units, Enpure will be providing the waste loading walking floors and conveyors, unloading conveyors, steam raising plant, and wastewater treatment equipment.
The thermally pre-treated waste from the Rotoclaves is subsequently sorted and recovered to produce various recyclate streams.
