Balston Sterile Air Filters can be used individually, or as a series of different grade filters, ranging from pre-treatment filters for the removal of large quantities of contaminants from compressed air, through to the final stage for the removal of bacteria to create completely sterile air.
Balston Sterile Air Filter cartridges are rated at greater than 99.999% efficiency for particles of 0.1micron, are available in line sizes ranging from 0.25'' up to 10'', and are capable of operating at a maximum pressure of 17 bar and a maximum temperature of 250C.
Perhaps as importantly, the new range of filters also removes 100% of visible particles, ensuring that the food is not contaminated or its flavour affected, and retains its aesthetic appearance on display.
