Presentations at Pro2Pac show the packaging future
Industry experts will be tackling the latest hot topics, trends and issues in the food and drink packaging and processing industries at Pro2Pac from 18 to 21 March
* Universal Flexible - stand A46; Universal Flexible has invested in additional machinery to enable production of the revolutionary new PushPop snacking packs that are easy to open and ideal for food on the go.
* South Coast Systems - stand F6; Demonstrations of all equipment will take place on the South Coast Systems stand including a new range of semi-automatic tray wrappers and Berkel Futura slicers that are being launched at the show.
* Codeway - stand G35; Codeway will be demonstrating its new FoodReg traceability, safety and operations control system alongside the Visidot 2.0, a multiple barcode reading system that is used for shipment verification.
* FFP Packaging Solutions - stand C30; The Estersteam Pouch, a brand new pack designed for microwave cooking, is being launched at the show.
Fitted with a unique steam value ensuring the pack does not reseal itself as the contents cools, the Estersteam Pouch will be on display alongside other flexible packaging solutions.
* Marlin Stainless - stand D01; Exhibiting the only range of IEC metric stainless steel motors available in the UK, Marlin Stainless will be showcasing the benefits of the systems including corrosion resistant, smooth bodied and hose-down tolerant.
* Bainbridge Marine - stand D60; Displaying a range of portable fridges specially designed for the food and drink industry.
All models can be modified to suit most requirements and in various sizes.
* Busch (UK) - stand C06; Sturdy in design and reliability, the new F version R 5 rotary vane vacuum pumps will be showcased at Pro2Pac.
Features of the system include improved ultimate end pressure and increased suction capacity.
* Kingsmoor Packaging - stand D36; Kingsmoor Packaging is launching a PLA cornstarch based biodegradable material as well as a bespoke range of packaging products for the food industry.
