Wayne Bishop has joined the Watford-based company from Druck Ltd, which is now part of GE Infrastructure Sensing: Wayne has over 15 years experience in the pressure sensor and instrumentation fields

Wayne Bishop has joined the Watford-based company from Druck Ltd, which is now part of GE Infrastructure Sensing.

Wayne has over 15 years experience in the pressure sensor and instrumentation fields, and has worked in the USA and the UK.

"Polaron Components products have a strong pedigree for high performance and reliability particularly in aerospace, military and marine applications," said Wayne.

"We have a wealth of knowledge and expertise within the team here, and I am looking forward to building on this by strengthening our sales organisation and introducing new products".

Polaron Components product ranges include pressure sensors, electrolytic inclinometers, tilt and position sensors, vibration and impact sensors, mercury gyro sensors, sub-miniature lamps, float switches, secondary lamps, commutators and brushed motors.
