The contents of packing hall with check weighers and metal detection together with carton erectors, Lazy Susan and numerous ancillary items such as tables and sinks are included.
In all there are over 300 lots constantly upgraded to meet the requirements of this demanding business.
Mark Flynn of Pro Auction comments: "This is an important sale of quality food processing plant and machinery including sorting, cooking, IQF freezing, glazing and packing, The equipment lends itself to a wide range of manufacturers in vegetable processing, bakery, fish, meat and poultry, as well as the frozen foods manufacturer".
The plant closed at the owners decision, following increased competition from China.
Compass Seafood was one of the more successful processors of fish, in particular shellfish processing, and shrimps, the used food machinery there could be utilised within many other food manufacturing sectors especially if IQF or individual quick frozen products are needed.
The auction takes place at Compass Seafood Processors, Unit 1, Helsinki Road, Hull, North Humberside, HU7 0YW, at 11am on 19 June.
The auction will also be available via a live webcast.
The viewing takes place from 0830 - 1630 on 17 and 18 June.
