In Wyeth Nutritionals the initial implementation of Illuminator will provide the Operation, Quality and Logistics functions with real time information on key business indicators based on on-line transactions taking place within warehouses, packaging and laboratory areas.
"Illuminator will fill the information gap between the on-line transaction processing and the off-line data warehousing systems" commented John Holmes, MIS Manager, Wyeth Nutritionals.
Ultimately Illuminator will increase the transparency of information that was previously locked within existing systems in Wyeth Nutritionals.
According to Donal Olden, MD of PM Centrix, "Wyeth Nutritionals are set to become the first manufacturer in Ireland to benefit from Illuminator and will soon be followed by other leading manufacturers as the real value of Illuminator becomes evident".
