The main focus will be on engineering services where PROjEN will be actively looking to recruit chemical and process engineers, electrical control and instrument professionals, mechanical engineers, cost engineers, CAD designers and engineers, planners and project managers.
In addition to applying for current jobs, users of the site will be able to register their details on line and manage their own application account.
The PROjEN recruitment team can then search the database of candidates and match skills and experience to new positions as they arise.

The PROjEN recruitment website also contains many sophisticated tools such as a site search function where candidates can search the site for current vacancies and RSS news feeds that makes it very easy for applicants to automatically receive feeds notifying them of the latest jobs posted and find jobs that match their personal attributes.
The launch of the website will be supported by a national advertising campaign focussing on trade publications with a strong recruitment presence, links to national recruitment websites such as fish 4 jobs and the regional press where individual jobs are likely to occur.
Established 1976, PROjEN has seen remarkable growth over the last 5 years with the number of staff rising from 35 to over 100.
As the company develops new products and services for its existing and new client base, the need for a co-ordinated approach to recruiting the best professionals has never been stronger.
John Taylor, Managing Director, said "At PROjEN we have entered a period of development where we are no longer simply replacing staff as they naturally move on but we are looking to develop the business and therefore need to apply a strategic approach to recruitment and selection.
It is important that we have a strong database of specialists who we can call upon immediately we identify a need as apposed to the tradition approach of spending a number of weeks or even months searching for individuals to fill posts.
We want to have people identified and in place as soon as the need becomes clear.
As a service provider, we are only as good as the people we employ and we are confident that this new website will help keep us out in front".
The PROjEN website receives over 3,000 visitors per month, with over 50% of these being first time unique visitors.
First indications from Google show that the recruitment website has already received over 700 visitors in its first 2 weeks of being live.
