ProMinent Fluid Controls now offers a complete dosing system which can be used for pH control in a variety of water treatment applications from process water to wastewater treatment.

The self-contained unit has two hydraulic connection outlets for dosing acid and alkali, allowing it to be simply plugged into an existing process system.

The dosing systems are ready-mounted on a rugged backboard.

Key components are two precision metering pumps with controllers, a control cabinet and the necessary pipework and valves to ensure safe, efficient operation.

This includes isolation valves, a pressure gauge, over pressure relief valve, non-return valve and pulsation dampener.

Individual components within the dosing system can be selected according to the specific application.

Thus the dosing pumps could be beta, gamma/L or Sigma pumps depending on the level of dosing required.

ProMinent also offers matched pH measurement and control systems, with a comprehensive range of pH sensors and single and two channel feedback controllers.

The sensors can be fitted in a variety of housings or directly into pipelines for flexible interface to the process.

Transmitters can transfer measured parameters back to a central control via a Profibus interface if required.
